- I’m liking that they didn’t let Cena’s character development at SS fade away. And having Piper question it was the perfect choice. They had an excellent segment during the Nexus angle, and this was also great.

- Some good matches, with Ziggler winning cleanly over Orton, and Wade Barrett killing it on commentary. Vince, that is what a good heel commentator sounds like. Not Cole.

- Favorite segment - Daniel Bryan finally getting time to shine on the mic. Such a strong promo, and loved that Bryan didn’t try and bash Mark Henry with the briefcase, he just kicked him in the leg and walked away. I’m actually looking forward to their match tonight.

- Absolutely great match between Punk and Del Rio. Great psychology, with Punk unable to the arm for the GTS, so he used the exposed turnbuckle. Great Eddie tribute with the chair as well. Hopefully this ends this feud. They’ve had great matches, but their promos have been pretty dreadful.

- I was absolutely convinced that the 1/2/12 promos are the Undertaker, until my buddy saw the little staticy image they’ve used to fade out the image onscreen, and he exclaimed loudly, “That’s a Jericho thing. Has to be him.” And now I’m not sure again.
